Working as an Executive Coach and a Health & Wellbeing Coach across the country and locally in Monmouthshire, I specialise in helping individuals to develop a high level of performance, resilience and to find their happiness, wellbeing and work life balance.
In creating a focused people strategy for organisations, building resilience to counter pressure and stress at work, leadership development, team work and transformational management training programmes, I also provide outplacement workshops and career coaching.
Working with business start-ups to top 20 companies across a range of sectors, Janice is a qualified Executive Coach and Life Coach and has a passion for coaching and mentoring to integrate strong leadership, high performance and wellbeing into the work place.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MA in Psychotherapy and an MBA from Henley Management College; I am also a Master Practitioner in NLP, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapy Counsellor and am currently working towards a PhD in Executive stress and coping strategies.
Following a year of ill-health, I was finally diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease and other immune problems towards the end of 2015. At one stage I could barely walk and hardly string a sentence together. But I have charted my way back to better health by applying my 360 approach to life, health and wellbeing. Lyme, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my other health issues, cause constant pain and debilitation, but by managing things on a day to day basis, I don't let them get in the way of moving forward.
As a distraction from pain, I took some lessons in drawing and painting. It has become a new passion for me that I love.
