Janice is a contributor and supporter of many charities and is currently helping to raise awareness for Lyme Disease.

From 2007 to 2016, Janice was a trustee and Chair of Angels – a charity established in 2006 for fighting poverty and disease amongst the world’s poorest children and their communities.

In November 2014, Janice walked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru to raise money for Angels. A challenging journey, undertaken with severe altitude sickness, followed by a heart wrenching trip to South Africa in January 2015.

Due to ill-health, Janice had to resign from her role but is still a contributor in providing aid to the disadvantaged children in South Africa.

Having Chronic Lyme Disease, Janice is helping to raise awareness in a bid to get better testing, research and treatment into this painful and debilitating disease.
