Following a year of ill-health, I was finally diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease and other immune problems towards the end of 2015. At one stage I could barely walk and hardly string a sentence together. But I have charted my way back to better health by applying my 360 approach to life, health and wellbeing. Lyme, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my other health issues, cause constant pain and debilitation, but by managing things on a day to day basis, I don't let them get in the way of moving forward.
As a distraction from pain, I took some lessons in drawing and painting. It has become a new passion for me that I love. You can see a few things I have created here - Nelson Mandela, A child in the sea and David Bowie - all done in soft pastels.
I encourage you all to follow your heart and find things you enjoy in life. Be happy. Have courage and try new things.
In my blogs I try to provide a range of helpful information, latest thoughts and inspiration. You can follow my blogs here.
